TERM OF BUSINESS:

  • Deposit:
    • A deposit of 30% of the total daily value rate is required to confirm a booking.
    • A Bank Deposit Number will be given to the client, for deposit payments.
  • Cancellation:
    • Less than 4 (four) months - Before Arrival Date:
      • No Refund of Deposit.
    • More than 4 (four) months - Before Arrival Date:
      • A 50% of clients deposit will be refunded.
    • ALL PAYMENTS TO BE MADE IN TRAVELLER’S CHEQUE OR CASH
  • Trophy Price List:  2009/2010:
    • Sable can be arranged upon request.
    • Professional Hunter, Bow Hunter and Master Measurer (Safari Club International):  Johan Moolman.
    • All aspects concerning Permits and the export of trophies will be organized by Johan Moolman himself.

  • Daily Rates - Include:
    • Services of fully licensed, experienced Professional Hunter, Bushman Tracker and Skinner.
    • Full Time Supporting Staff.
    • Full Accommodation, including food, linen & laundry (accommodation may vary depending on preferred trophies requested).
    • Transport on the Farm.
    • Field Preparation of Trophies.
    • Animals used for Baiting (concerning Lion and Leopard).
    • Wine, Beer and Soft Drinks.
    • Alcoholic Beverages - Available on Request.
  • Daily Rates - Exclude:
    • Air Fares.
    • Transport to and from Airport ($ 200)
    • Air charter on Request
    • Trophy Fees.
    • Disinfecting, Packaging and Forwarding of Trophies.
    • Taxidermy Fees.
    • Gratuities.
    • Value Added Government Tax 14% of Daily Rate (only concerning accommodation).
